thedailymash.co.uk is a satire news site – this means that all the stories are for entertainment and are not true.  Digitalbox Publishing Ltd accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or otherwise of this information – it is all made up and is not accurate.

From time to time you may be asked to register your details with us in order to receive products or services or to enter competitions or to access certain areas of the site. When you do, additional terms and conditions will apply.

Daily Mash Premium (formerly Daily Mash Ad-Free)

If you subscribe to the Daily Mash Premium service you will be entitled to access the site without receiving advertising (typically understood to be distinct advertising units in and around our articles) for the duration of your subscription.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled.

You can manage your subscription & billing at any time by logging into your account or clicking the profile icon if you are already logged in (top right of every page).

If you cancel your subscription we will confirm your cancellation and you will not be billed for future periods but you will not be entitled to a refund of payments already made unless we have failed to provide the service.

‘Lifetime’ subscription – If you subscribe to a ‘Lifetime’ offer this means for one payment you will have access to The Daily Mash Premium for as long as The Daily Mash continues to publish.

Cancelled or refunded subscriptions will no longer receive Premium access.

Pricing – We reserve the right to change the rates and offers for new subscribers at any time but we will not change the price of your subscription mid-term. If the price you subscribed at is no longer available at the end of your subscription we will contact you to give you the option to subscribe at the new rate.

You may also opt in to receive the Daily Mash headlines email or others as an additional service. We reserve the right to change format and frequency or cease the provision of emails without invalidating your subscription. The Daily Mash headlines email itself may include advertising or promotion in the future. You can opt out of receiving these emails at any time by following the links in the emails themselves.

If you buy a gift subscription on behalf of someone else and provide us with their contact details, we will use those details only for that purpose.

Unless explicitly stated by us, promotional offers related to Mash Premium cannot be used in conjunction with one another. If we ‘bundle’ an item (for example a trial of another service or an added value item) you must choose which offer you are taking up and are not able to combine them.

This includes the organisation and layout of the site and the underlying software that’s owned by us or our licensors and suppliers. You agree that all these materials are available for your personal use only, and you may not copy, modify, alter, publish, broadcast, distribute, sell or transfer any such materials without our written permission.

We expressly forbid the re-use of this content via ‘scraping’ or other means for any purpose without prior approval. We also expressly forbid any crawling of The Daily Mash and its content described above for the purposes of training LLM models or any similar technology, re-use in whole or in part via AI tools or similar platforms without a licensing agreement.
